RHINOPLASTY RECOVERY
- You will have a dressing above the upper lip; keep in mind that your nose may bleed for 72 hours
- Be careful the cast does not get wet or damp
- Do not wear glasses in contact with the cast
- Bruises around the eyes are common
- Cool water compresses on eyelids may help alleviate discomfort
- Do not engage in strenuous activities o tilt your head
- Avoid climbing stairs
- Semi-seated position with two pillows, if you are in bed (Elevate your head while you sleep to decrease swelling)
- Avoid bumping the nose

FACE/NECK LIFT RECOVERY
- You may notice your face is swollen
- Be careful the dressing does not get wet or damp
- Do not wearing glasses inside the dressing
- If you feel your dressing is too tight, please contact us
- Get up only if necessary during the first 24 hours
- Semi-seated position (when lying on bed)
- Read the section “General Indications"
EYELID SURGERY RECOVERY
- Put the eye ointment on the scars three times a day
- Wear dark sunglasses during the day and when exposed to strong light or wind
- Avoid straining your eyes (do not read, watch TV, excessive reflexes) for the first 24 hours
- Apply camomile tea compresses on eyelids the night of surgery and subsequent nights
- Avoid lifting, straining and bending down to pick things
- Semi-seated position (when lying on bed)

BREAST SURGERY RECOVERY (augmentation, reduction, pexy)
- Be very careful the dressing does not get wet or stained
- If you feel the dressing is too tight, please contact us
- Keep your elbows against your sides as much as possible. This will limit your movement but will speed up the recovery process
- Do not wear garments that require you to raise your arms to put them on
- If you have a drainage, empty the reservoir if full or as directed
- Semi-seated position, with two pillows (when lying on bed)

TUMMY TUCK RECOVERY
- Be very careful the dressing and girdle do not get wet or stained
- If you feel the girdle is too tight, please contact us
- If you have a drainage, empty the reservoir if full or as directed
- Wear comfortable clothes
- When lying on bed, use two pillows to keep your trunk elevated and a third pillow under the knees
- Keep the abdomen flat and avoid folding the girdle, as much as possible
