It consists in injecting the patient´s own fat, which is processed outside the body, in order to produce a fatty tissue "mesh" that provides further firmness and/or volume to the tissue and corrects small and medium-sized defects.
Secondarily, a "regenerative" effect is obtained due to the presence of growth factors and the increased production of precursor elements such as hyaluronic acid in the treated area.
